Thursday Evening Menu

First Course: Grilled Romaine with a Green Goddess dressing, shaved Parmesan-
Reggiano, spiced walnuts, olives, and new potato salad

Main Course: Pesto Penne pasta with shrimp, summer squashes, roasted cherry
tomatoes, corn, sweet peppers, and caramelized onions

Dessert: Cold Citrus soufflé

Friday Evening Menu

First Course: Green salad with feta, mint, grilled red torpedo onion, and garlicky
croutons tossed in a lemon vinaigrette

Main Course: Pan fried mountain trout with Romesco sauce, red potato salad tossed in
an olive and caramelized onion vinaigrette, and walnut stuffed zucchini

Dessert: Almond tart with vanilla ice cream

Saturday Evening Menu

First Course: Green salad with cucumber, radish, sweet pepper, sunflower sends,
and mint tossed in a light sesame-ginger vinaigrette

Main Course: Pecan-ginger crusted chicken with a savory strawberry-rhubarb sauce,
basil scented orzo salad, and lemony green beans

Dessert: Whim-Whams (a delectably yummy parfait dish layered with
Mixed berries, custard, and crumbled shortbread cookies)

Sunday Evening Menu

First Course: Chilled watermelon and yoghurt soup with a basil-cucumber relish

Main Course: Spiced pork tenderloin with a Jezebel sauce, Hoppin' John,
and a cabbage and lime salad with peanuts

Dessert: Banana cream pie with pecans

wine, beer, or liquor since it is not sold at the inn.
